Hi, I’m Julie—prenatal, birth, and postpartum doula, communication graduate, and enthusiast and experienced guide to childbirth abroad (three kids, three countries… I’ve got stories!).

My journey into the world of doulas started in 2014 when I was pregnant in Brazil. Far from home, I met an incredible doula who completely transformed my experience of becoming a mother in a foreign country.

That’s when I realized the power of this profession—how deeply it can impact families during one of life’s biggest transitions.

Since then, I’ve had my babies in São Paulo, Geneva, and New York City, navigating different cultures, medical systems, and the occasional "Wait, that’s an option?!" moment. I know what it’s like to feel lost in choices, unsure of what’s best when giving birth far from familiar traditions.

That’s why I’m here—to support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, helping you create an experience that feels right for you. Let’s make this journey yours, not something dictated by a system or circumstances.

I am also one of the founding members of La Maison des Doulas d'Annecy, a collective dedicated to bringing together doulas, healthcare professionals, and families. Our mission is to create a supportive and collaborative space where parents can find guidance, professionals can connect, and doulas can share their knowledge and experiences. Through this initiative, we aim to strengthen the local perinatal support network and ensure that every family receives the care and resources they need during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.​​
